Second time I have booked to see Natty and someone else has seen me. Also booked to have a hot wax and strangely the lady used hot wax first and then wax with strips after which was way too harsh on my skin. She also didn’t remove all hairs.

I do not recommend to get your nails done here! I hate my nails. I felt really uncomfortable and wish I spent my money elsewhere. The lady doing my nails was rude , She rushed my nails and my drying time which led to my nails being ruined before I even left the salon. Will defiantly not go back
