Nice staff and really good customer service.I did eyelashes extension and next day I realized I needed more in one side. Went back and they treated me really well, she found time to fix it straight away. I felt really confident on the service and will be back for sure.

Second time I have booked to see Natty and someone else has seen me. Also booked to have a hot wax and strangely the lady used hot wax first and then wax with strips after which was way too harsh on my skin. She also didn’t remove all hairs.
