I booked my appointment at 12pm then when I arrive, I still need to sit down and wait for another 30 mins with no explanation why. So I asked the receptionist “sorry but I booked my appointment at 12” then she said “the artist is on the way”. Then I waited & one of the staff who already there just finished her 4-5 customers, said to me “come sit on the chair, your turn”.
So for the whole time, she lied to me & what is the point to book appointment instead?

Booked standard bikini (price £8 which seemed low but usual place was booked). asked if I wanted the standard wax/treatment, as per booking, I confirmed. got to the till, woman in charge said £25! I said I didn’t have the Lyreco wax/had a standard wax but she wouldn’t look me in the eye just kept repeating £25 even though the therapist agreed with me. Was funny about giving me a card receipt too. Avoid at all costs, total rip off and awful way to treat customers.
