very good value for money would just say ..Had eyebrows done too just make clear what you want exactly .I would say the only downside is timing .You just need to make sure you make extra time for appointments .But overall happy .

It was painful to get my eyelash extensions even though it never usually is. I told the lady and she said it was normal, took almost 3 hours to do normal eyelashes. And I left with a red eye that stayed for 2 days.

Very poor customer service. Overall very chaotic and I was told that there wasn’t any availability for my treatment even though I booked in advance. Difficult to communicate with some of the staff given lack of fluency in English. Overall I wasn’t treated very nicely, everything was rushed, no refreshments offered etc. Results were ok but overall experience poor.
