I had a Hollywood Wax and was pleasantly surprised at how painless Shegufta made it! She was very sweet and patient with me (I get quite nervous when doing this treatment). Lovely people and nice venue over all.

Manicure was good. Staff members not very attentive and other customers coming in asking questions should be dealt with by reception staff not person doing the manicure. I’ve been several times before but service on this occasion was poor. Paid for 1 hour full manicure and got gel polish only which takes 20 minutes. Lacking the attention to detail and 5 star service.

I am satisfied with the results of my treatment. Afroz is very lovely, I will definitely come back. The only thing I didn't like is that the room was very small and someone was keep coming inside without permission, bothering a lot
