Had made an appointment for 6:30 for a manicure, wasn’t seen until 7:15 so had to wait in the salon for 45 minutes. There wasn’t a waiting area, I just had to wait at a nail desk. I understand that it was the first day of opening so would have been busy but the salon should not take more appointments than they can handle.
