Was seen 30min late, didn’t seem to make a difference that I had an appointment vs people who were walking in. Cleanliness and service could have been better - overall manicure and pedicure were fine, up close not perfect or as good as other places I’ve been to

It was a lovely experience. The staff was friendly and nice and overall welcoming. The nail technician was informative of any additional charges that would be levied on my request for additional services(nail design) I showed him a pintrest picture of what i wanted. He didn’t any fuss about it and simply helped me pick the colours and proceeded with the task at hand. He was lovely and it was a very pleasant experience.

Although the staff are very great and attentive. I was not impressed with the quality of the pedicure I received. Once I got home my boyfriend commented on how messy they looked. I will have to sadly re do them elsewhere tomorrow!
