Well, my nails are ruined. The tools were used so carelessly that when the gel was being removed, it actually cut into my nail and I have ridges everywhere. Two months later and my nails have never properly healed. Will never be going here for nails again. Avoid.

So when I arrived the lady that was supposed to do my eyebrow waxing didn’t know why I was there although I told her. Then she told me that it’s £8 for the eyebrow waxing and I said that I have already paid via Treatwell (£5 on Treatwell not sure why there was a different price). Then the lady started and didn’t even bother to ask how I want my eyebrows to be done. She was pulling my head back and forth instead of just asking me to turn.
The salon is not very clean either.
