Booked & pre-paid everything organised. Booked “take off+ shellac” - which is what I needed. Take off of my nails (acrylic or shellac doesn’t specify- booked the only available option). And was stopped my treatment once therapist had already began. Owner rushed in and in a very hostile manner barked at me to leave, stood on top of me threatening me, the entire staff scurried away and hid away like pots of yoghurt not standing up for obvious hostility. Nowhere on the site of list of services did I evade the ‘correct’ procedure and click on something else purposefully. Therapist said in her language which I understood that she can continue taking my acrylics off but the owner screamed at her saying to stop and get up. Disgusting bullying behaviour. Also have on record that they plaster signs of ONLY cash, always say their card machine is ‘broken’, or bully you Into going to the withdrawal machine opposite the road so that they don’t pay any extra credit card fees. As soon as I started filming the scary behaviour the signs were quickly ripped off- reeks of guilt. Obvious tax evasion. Really disappointed and upset over my experience when I have been a long-standing client of theirs for almost 14 years, just obviously know my rights & won’t be forced into paying by cash when I only carry card for sanitary reasons? Stopped doing laser with them because they advertise everywhere £100 full body, but what they refuse to inform you of, is that they put the ALEXANDRALITE laser setting SO low (average is 12 for REGULAR skin tone- don’t believe them when they say you will burn)- that it never actually BURNS the hair, only makes it finer so they end up becoming fine, long, and a lot! When I brought this up with them after 20 or so laser sessions (you can do the maths yourselves £££) they refused to bring the setting higher as I wasn’t seeing PERMANENT results. And for this reason the owner obviously doesn’t like the fact that I can see through the deception & will stand by ground for what I pay for. Ridiculously high staff turnover - have heard from many different employees of laboriously long hours, low pay, & bad conditions. Extremely poor. Beware of the scams. Will be taking further obviously for refusing service on absolutely no legal grounds.
