I paid for a ‘shellac polish’ on the treatwell app (£15). At the end they then asked me to pay an extra £10 because apparently they had not given me what I paid for but a ‘Shellac manicure’, I said this was ridiculous as I had not paid for that or asked for it once but they still insisted I payed. Awful experience. And as a little side note, I asked for 5 colours from their colour selection for my nails and they did not have a single one. So I had to pick a colour I wasn’t particularly fond of

Very good eyebrow waring done by Kay. She was very efficient and my eyebrows look very neat. I highly recommend her as an eyebrow technician.
