The lady who did my waxing was actually called Reena, she was amazing very professional and a perfectionist. The most painless Hollywood I have ever had. Reena was so friendly and made me feel at ease and comfortable. She went out of her way to make sure all my waxing was done perfectly and as painless as possible. I highly recommend her for others to use.

Make you wait 40 minutes, then staff have public argument
My experience at this manicure appointment was very disappointing.
I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time, with absolutely no apology or explanation.
Later we all had to witnessed staff members having a public argument. As I was sat in between them, I was so uncomfortable. I asked them to stop, they ignored me.
Additionally, I'm not completely satisfied with the shape of my nails.
I am never attending again.
