Started the treatment with a lovely therapist . However they changed the therapist partway and it was the most painful wax I've ever had. She pulled on my skin, rushed through everything and was so rough. I originally booked to have a bikini wax and couldn't finish it. Asked if I could speak to a manager who spoke to me in front of the whole salon, I felt so uncomfortable. I just asked if the bikini wax could be refunded but was told no refunds. I left crying and overwhelmed, would never go back

So unclean, dirt and mess all over the floor. Dirty towel on the bed and most painful wax in a long time. Clinician wanted to keep going even when I said stop. Would not recommend to anyone. Lots of hairs missed.
