Make you wait 40 minutes, then staff have public argument
My experience at this manicure appointment was very disappointing.
I had to wait 40 minutes past my appointment time, with absolutely no apology or explanation.
Later we all had to witnessed staff members having a public argument. As I was sat in between them, I was so uncomfortable. I asked them to stop, they ignored me.
Additionally, I'm not completely satisfied with the shape of my nails.
I am never attending again.
