I booked for eyebrow thread and tint with Shagufta but when I arrived I had someone else do my eyebrows which was fine. At first in the salon it was all going okay until I got home and realised she had actually threaded half of one of my eyebrows off. They were both completely different from one another so I’ve had to try and make them look even but the other one is way too short.

Started the treatment with a lovely therapist . However they changed the therapist partway and it was the most painful wax I've ever had. She pulled on my skin, rushed through everything and was so rough. I originally booked to have a bikini wax and couldn't finish it. Asked if I could speak to a manager who spoke to me in front of the whole salon, I felt so uncomfortable. I just asked if the bikini wax could be refunded but was told no refunds. I left crying and overwhelmed, would never go back
