I was feeling really run down before my massage appointment but I left with a spring in my step. The massage was really relaxing and it managed to release a lot of muscle stiffness and soreness. The room was very peaceful and a really nice ambience was created by mood lights and music. I really liked the fact there was a lamp over me the whole time which was keeping me warm, really nice touch which I haven't had with other massages.
