It was the first time I had been to Nu U and thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience. The owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My hairdresser was Grace - she did a patch test the day before my treatment to make sure I didn't have a reaction which was good as some salons don't do this. I was very pleased with my colour and blow dry. The staff all made me feel very comfortable by making me a cup of tea and chatting in a relaxed way which is so important when you go to a new hairdresser. The style and decor in the salon is cool and calming. I will definitely visit again soon
