It was closed when I arrived.. they should not sell treatment online when the store is shut! Would like a refund

I had to postpone my appointment at the very last minute and the lady very kindly agreed for the next day. My feet have been perfectly exfoliated and scrubbed with good products which smelt and felt so nice on the skin! One of the best pedicure I have had in London. Thank you!
