I had high hopes for my lash lift and tint, but it was the worst I’ve ever had. Olivia wasn’t communicative, leaving the perm on too long and returning without warning, making me jump. My lashes were overdeveloped and crinkled, bending sideways instead of upwards. The tint was applied so messily that it bled everywhere, leaving me with stained panda eyes for two days. I paid extra expecting better service, but the results were disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend.
