Lisa was so reassuring throughout the whole treatment. This was my first time in a salon and I thought I would be surrounded by only women. I was pleasantly surprised to see other guys in the reception area and one in the brow chair. I was instantly put at ease and Lisa made the whole experience almost enjoyable. Will rebook for 4 weeks time as advised.

Clean wax, friendly and chatty therapists which is brilliant for distraction. Rooms are exceptionally clean and the water cooler is a bonus in this heat. Thank you NQ
