Truly awful. I felt embarassed. I didn't get my full treatment, because I trimmed a bit & I've done that before without issues. Jasmime got emotional at me crying,sharing stress about other clients doing the same, & took it out on me. Unprofessional.

Goood experience with the facial threading a really thorough job. but the Brazilian waxing was a bit rushed - had to remove some wax myself when the therapist left the room after the appt!
