Usually have no issues with NQ wax studio, waxer didn’t knock to ask if I was ready- she just opened the door, wax itself felt rushed, it was a bit more painful than usual but was given no time for a little breather after a painful part - I wasn’t reassured / asked if all was okay instead was left to it after the session and the wax itself wasn’t 100% clean as some hair has been left.
