Had my Hollywood wax done by Olivia and she was honestly amazing! She was so lovely and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience so much more comfortable. She was really quick and professional, and honestly it was way less painful than I expected.
Really happy with the results and I’ll definitely be booking with Olivia again!

Terrible experience. My appointment was rearranged by the salon due to my period, when I arrived I was told I had to pay again if I wanted Georgia, my original therapist. I went ahead with Jasmine, who was extremely harsh during my Hollywood wax. When I said she was pressing too hard on my private area and hurting me, she argued that she “had to” and called me rude. She also said “we are not robots” when I mentioned Georgia did it differently. I felt completely disrespected and uncomfortable.

The studio itself was a clean venue however, the staff member who completed my brows kept touching her phone with her gloves and then returning to my skin/brows which didn’t feel very hygienic. I was also unaware that the tint used would tint also tint my skin. This could have been my lack of understanding before booking but it was a different look to what I’ve experienced in previous eyebrow tints.
