Appointment was book for 1pm, however, I was made to wait for 30 minutes with no apology from the staff. It made me quite nervous as I've had a make-up appointment book somewhere else and thought I will be late for that one.
No toilet paper and no drink offer.
Communication was poor.
I am happy with the hair do (for that price) but not happy with the unprofessional conduct.
Unfortunately, can not recommend and will not be returning.

Do not ever go here. I chose the option to pay at the salon, had my whole treatment and when it came to paying, they said I had to pay £15 extra because I have ‘long hair’ even though that was the option I selected. Once I argued that point and they only told me at the end of the treatment, they agreed I could pay the original amount. I handed them the cash and they refused to give me my change. I am now £15 out of profit and the manager yelled at me in front of the whole salon. VERY unprofessional. Disgusting behaviour and I would even recommend this place to my worst enemy.
