Staff was really friendly and professional. I did not have a haircut in a long time and Armando really sorted me out. Overall very pleased. Will definitely come back again.

I have held off from writing this review as Treatwell have been looking into this salon and I wanted to give the salon a fair chance to reply and fix what they have destroyed. I have today had back a absolutely disgusting pack of lies from the salon after they destroyed my hair! So here’s your true and honest review of the service I received on that day. 1. I do not believe that Mario works there - he has left the business - do not book if you are reading good reviews from this stylist 2. They charged me for long hair because my hair is above my chest just below your shoulders - an extra £20 on the day. 3. They charged me for a toner even though balayage requires a toner every time in my experience!- another extra £25 on the day 4. they didn’t accept card, but they will direct you to the cash machine which charges £1.75. They also did not give any change so they took £50 off me and expected me to just leave. 5. They left me under the heat with 40 vol on for 1.5 hours- all on cctv 6. They ignored me when I asked about the heat and the damage - all on cctv 7. They told me they have done a good job at the root colour but have left bleeding all under the top layer of hair 8. I think that they over toned the hair and then recommended a purple shampoo even though they have left a bronze band and purple shampoo will worsen this! 9. They cut my hair so that it was lop sided and jagged- I could of done a better job myself - on cctv 10. They lied their way out of everything to ensure they didn’t need to refund me for their disgusting work. Including blaming my hair for the way it turned out and me for asking for a treatment to condition it. I had a reputable salon fix my hair and we had a huge discussion about the ‘skills’ of this awful salon. Thank god for good stylists out there, willing to fix this mess. Don’t worry though, they now have a full case open against them with trading standards and won’t be in operation much longer and they have a mark against them from Treatwell. My advice to anyone considering booking here : Do not visit, do not visit, do not visit! Your hair is too valuable to let this salon near it Disgrace

Quick and efficient. Best to bring cash (the salon is cash only) with you as the only cash points around charge to withdraw.
