Went in for a dry cut to get my hair thinned out but was recommended not to thin out, appreciate the advice but then meant it was a very expensive tiny trim which isn’t completely even.

Absolutely awful visit, I booked a cut and blowdry. My hair was literally ruffled dry and when I got home I found split ends at the bottom of my hair. Really unimpressed.
