Booked here for a last minute wash and blow dry. Arrived 10 min before my appointment and had to wait for 30 min past my time. Heard an apology from the hairdresser who had other clients, but the lady whose client I was didn’t really care. Overall, I got my treatment- my low score is due to the wait and the (lack of) customer service.
