I booked this treatment to have my hair washed and trimmed, and asked to have some gradual layers at the front. The haircut was done very quickly, and the hairdresser rough dried my hair before cutting which I thought was odd.
The front looked slightly uneven at the front when she had finished. But as my hair was still wet, I couldn't tell. After going home to dry and straighten my hair the front was so uneven I had to go straight back.
It was unfortunate that there wasn't another member of staff around to fix my hair, so the original hair dresser had another go. I didn't have time to go back for a third time layer in the week. She fixed it slightly, but I still wasn't happy with it at all. And to make it slightly more even the front was cut shorter than I had wanted. The back of my hair looked fine.

The haircut turned out nicely. I was a bit nervous as this is the first time I have had layers cut. Rosemary explained what she was going to do next and asked if I liked what she was doing to my hair as she went along
