I enjoyed visiting Novel Hair Studio. The only hiccup I faced was that I booked a haircut with Sam but was handed over to Giovanni (if memory serves) with no notice. He was great but it would have been good to have been informed. Great haircut though!

Really pleased with my haircut and highlights by Armando. They do charge £25 extra for toner though which they recommend you have with your highlights.
