I have had some hit and miss experiences with the salon but Paolo was great. Often staff changes at this salon so hopefully Paolo sticks around.

I had my hair cut and balayage at Novel Hair studio and was sadly not happy with the result even after successful visits previously. Even though I’d booked in with the stylist I had had previously, I was given someone new and no apology made. The colour was very bright and no toner put in even though it had been discussed. Will not be returning.

I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment and was seen without any fuss. Great customer service. And a really good blow dry. I think I’ve found my local hair salon!
