My stylist was a real perfectionist and took a lot of time to check everything was done to his standard. I was impressed!
He staff were very friendly and welcoming however the blow dry itself took double the amount of time advertised. I was pleased with the final result and would recommend be salon as being good value for money

I went in and the one lady in there was already on another client which is fine but she didn't seem to know I had an appointment and then just waved at a seat while I waited 20 minutes without knowing whether someone else was coming or whether I would just wait for her to finish. Her english was also pretty much non existent which is fine, except slightly difficult when you're trying to explain what you want re colour and when I said I was trying to subtley go back to my natural colour (dark blonde) she kept thinking I wanted it blonder. Throughout she was very nice but the end result was awful-- very streaky, I looked a bit like a tiger-- and I ended up having to ask her to dye it again a bit darker and put toner in it. After that it looks nice, and the cut was good but all I needed was a small trim and I have straight mid-length hair, but it was quite a stressful experience and I will not be going back!
