always as expected , my last appointment i changed my colour , I went from dark to a beautiful grey .which needed 3 bleaches to get my desired colour. my hair was not feeling healthy . been advised by rosemary to go for OLAPLEX treatment .all what I can say is thank you for bringing this beautiful and silky hair back . would defenetly go back again and again . the only thing is this salon. , they have a problème with the machine , I advise you to take cash with you . and the machine nxt door , charges £1.85.
Really happy with my overall experience. Jenny was excellent and my balayage and haircut were exactly how I wanted. Only negative was I was in there for a lot longer than expected due to them being so busy, but this is probably to be expected on a Friday night!
I have booked for full head bleach and toner haircut and blow dry , couldn't ask for better experience . Rosemary has done a perfect job . as well very good value for money . the manager sameer was absolutely fantastic and welcoming .Will definitely be coming back .highly recommend.
It was absolutely horrific the worst hairdressers I've ever been to- and I rarely complain! They are not hairdressers they destroyed my hair. Wrong colour and it's all falling out. Absolutely catastrophic you need to remove this location from your website because it is a disgrace, I left in tears
