Staff were very attentive and offered a great mint tea on arrival. Very happy with my cut with Antonio!
Very friendly attentive staff, and excellent value for money. However my balayage wasn't as natural looking as I hoped - but I think this is because the hairdresser misunderstood and gave highlights instead, so they are a bit brighter/bigger than I wanted and don't fade from the roots. However as it was so cheap I think I would go again and try and be clearer about what I wanted.
Staff are lovely & the decor is really fab. My daughter's hair was nice, but quite a lot had been cut off (even though she wanted to keep the length). However, they may have been something lost in translation, as she didn't want more layers cut into it - so Antonio appears to have taken the length up the shortest remaining layer.
