Really disappointed with my experience here (full head of highlights and a cut). The man who did my hair barely spoke a word of English. He didn't even ask me what it was that I wanted before he'd mixed the dye and started tearing up foils - I had to stop him from starting to highlight my hair to ask him what he was doing and what colours he'd chosen! He couldn't really understand what I was saying, and so a female member of staff had to come and speak to me and translate for him. He then asked me how I wanted my hair cut, and I told him that I was growing it and therefore wanted the tiniest of a trim - measuring out a cm with my hands. He went on to cut off three inches. I was so upset that I nearly cried in the chair. For £100 this wasn't the service I was expecting. I won't be coming back here again.

Junior was amazing! Walked in with absolutely horrid hair (my split ends had split ends). Not only did he give me a cut just like I wanted, left the place with my hair actually looking healthy! Would definitely be back.
