Convenient location, prompt and inexpensive.
The main problem was a language barrier as the stylist struggled to explain hairdressing terms in English so I wasn't actually sure what I was getting.

Paid for a full head of highlights which was not what I got. Came out with a very streaky head that I'd say was only half a head worth of foils. The haircut is very choppy. The staff were lovely and the place was nice enough but am not happy with paying for a full head then extra for toning and not actually receiving that

The colourist didn't discuss with me what he was putting in my hair, I asked for it to be similar to the colour I already had and very subtly and natural - he complimented me on how beautiful my colour was (done at a different salon). Then without discussion he proceeded to put bleach highlights in my hair...I've never had bleach in my hair before. If that wasn't bad enough, the colour is patchy and brighter in some areas than in others and I now have worse roots than when I went in. I can see the exact line of where all the foils have gone - not subtle or natural at all. However the cut was done well.
My friend, who had recommended this salon to me, went in 2 days later - they'd forgotten her appointment and told her they didn't have her colour in! They weren't particularly friendly about it either so she stormed out after having left work an hour early o keep this appointment.
I'd rung up at this point to get them to fix my hair, they agreed after some argument that it was somehow my fault, but only booked me a 20 minute appointment and I had to call twice because they kept getting the time I'd agreed over the phone wrong and I was getting email confirmations with the wrong time on.
After my friend storming out, needless to say I did not keep this appointment nor will I or my friend EVER be using this salon again. DO NOT GO!!!!

Unfortunately I didn't get my hairdresser's name, but she was absolutely lovely and patient, as I said from the start that I didn't know exactly what I wanted! The result was what I expected, and the head massage during the shampooing was very relaxing too!
