This was my first visit to Novel, and it didn't disappoint. Rossemary was lovely, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. The colour and cut were both great and I will go back again.

Antonio did my balyage and haircut and I couldn't have been happier. He was an absolute delight and such a craft of his trade. Felt extremely comfortable and in a safe pair of hands. Would absolutely recommend!

New customer to this place, haircut and blow dry is fab, I do like my highlights but maybe a little less natural than what I would normally like, however great value for money and the staff are really friendly. Will definitely return.
