Waited 40 minutes before I got to get my hair cut - the lady explained that it was due to a shortage of staff - which I understand - but she should have told us when 3 of us sat down to wait for our treatments. I felt bad for the lady as it wasn't her fault and she did the best she could (the other man at the salon wasn't very helpful and tutted at the lady - highly unprofessional!). The haircut itself was good but rushed. What a shame.

Antonio is awesome! The service and value are amazing at this salon, and the hair Botox is one of the best treatments ever for making hair shiny and healthy. I strongly recommend!!
