Had a great wash & haircut here with Nadia. She was great and gave me recommendations in terms of layers etc. Because my hair was fine and service was quite quick she even blow dried the front layers of my hair too. Would definitely come back.

The cut and colour were fine! If that's the most important. However, the atmosphere was horrific- staff causing people to cry, tensions between them, customers waiting 1.5 hours over their allocated time before being seen, noone was even offered a drink of water, just a very tense and unpleasant atmosphere.
