I had the last appointment (5pm) on NYE - so needless to say I wasn't sure how much chaos to expect, however I had a fantastic experience and an excellent blowdry which lasted all night long. Thank you Novel! I'll be back.

I came in with awful orange/yellow roots that I had done at home myself. Key was amazing in fixing the problem for me, and now I have a perfect even tone throughout my hair. Amazing atmosphere and service, and the friendliest staff. Would recommend and will definitely be going back!

I had originally booked a hair botox treatment but when I arrived staff recommended I did Olaplex instead, as my hair didn't need the botox treatment. Olaplex was well done and my hair seems repaired. To compensate the price difference they gave me a free blowdry.

I had a lovely first time experience here, complete restyle that suited my face perfectly with no messing around! The place and staff are kind and friendly and very experienced. Will be coming back!
