I booked and paid for Tsection highlights, toner, conditioning mask and blowdry. Antonio did my hair- Asked for chunky highlights, and ended up with an uneven line of thin pinstripes, bleeding dots on top and unblended lines at my front sides of my hairline! The worst highlights I have ever had! I went back for another 3 hours , for them to Fix the botch job, and in fairness the girl who Fixed my hair was lovely, however at the end she told me I could only have a rough dry and I would have to pay for a blow dry?. Considering that I had already paid for it the first time round, and they were fixing my hair, the least could have done was blow dry my hair? Shocking.
They took excellent care of me- true perfectionists and very positive throughout my haircut. I had one of the best head massages while they were washing my hair! Definitely recommend!!
Everyone was super friendly and the haircut and blow dry was very good value.
