Great haircut, had to wait 30 mins after my appointment, wished they texted me to say running late. Card machine was broken so had to walk to station to get cash out, again the owner could have let me know in advance or whilst I was waiting. But great haircut and good value- will go again.
The stylist made me wait 30 mins before starting on my hair and no apology for lateness. I wasn't consulted on what haircut I wanted until they had washed my hair. and the stylist didn't listen to my needs and cut far too much off my hair. He also burned my hair with curling tongs. A lady walked in for an interview and the staff left her waiting for over 2 hours! I would not return.
Good experience overall. Staff is friendly. Good quality/price ratio! I do recommend it for a blowdry
