Everything would have been great - if my appointment hadn't started 30 mins after it was supposed to. They didn't tell me when I came in - and didn't really explain themselves until I asked them (10 minutes after my appointment was meant to start!). They could have easily just called to say they were running late, or offered me a water / coffee...but they didn't. I won't be going back.
The service was stellar and the staff were really helpful and friendly. However I gave 4 and not 5 stars because I also had a trim, which i was charged the full 20e extra for, although I had already had the wash etc. as part of my brazilian, and it was really just a quick trim. And I was told my hair was medium length, when all the other salons I've gotten brazilians at have said it was short.
I had a wonderful curly blow dry, just wasn’t clear about the price from the app but I’m super happy with the result.
Had an olaplex treatment which was great value and left my hair feeling amazing! Definitely going back there
