was a good experience, i paid Ā£35 extra at the salon for Opalex which was fab and Iād highly recommend. However I was also charged Ā£25 extra for a toner which was not anticipated as my colour went too strong, hairdresser was so apologetic I just paid without fuss
The blow dry at Novel was fab; I walked away very happy and will be back before my next event.
