Stylist was 30 mins late. Also had to pay an extra 10 because the stylist said "he wasted too much electricity blow drying my hair and his manager wont be happy" so unprofessional and a silly excuse.
I booked a last minute appointment so had to wait for 5 or 10 minutes, which is understandable. They showed me the product which was the L'oreal product I was aware had a good reputation, however the result was not very effective. It was straighter but the regrowth (about 1 inch) was crimped and not very straight. Awkward! I've had this done every 6-8 weeks for the last year so I know what to expect. For the price I paid I would expect better. I do not know if it was a technique or product issue.
I had a Brazilian blow dry, Nadia, my hairdresser was lovely and good at what she does. Unfortunately she didn’t do a patch test to test me if I was allergic to the product, which I was in the end. The first day everything was fine and I left the treatment in although my scalp felt very itchy, the next day when I washed it out I noticed that my scalp was scared and had open and crusty wounds. By day 3 I had lumps on my head that felt like someone was constantly pulling my hair, so I went to the doctor who gave me antibiotics and a scalp oil and told me that my lymph nodes are inflamed because bacteria went inside the open wounds. I called The salon and advised them to patch teat for allergy next time. Currently I’m waiting for all of it to heal...
