I had an issue with another salon cancelling on me last minute so appreciated that Novel still had space on a Friday afternoon. Staff were friendly. I was left with half my highlights washed out with my head over the sink while the stylist cut someone else's hair...not so ideal, and as I have a sensitive scalp the silver shampoo that had been left on for 15mins+ began to itch. Come out much blonder than I was expecting or requested, but I do like the colour.
