Going in my hair was super dry and damaged. The treatment they gave me made a massive difference to the condition, and the blow dry was perfect. I've had non stop compliments since.
Received an absolutely dreadful hair cut. She cut it way too short, lopsided and with one strand that won't tie back. Genuinely the worst hairdressing experience I've had. Really upset and would not recommend to anyone.
