Unfortunately I had a real bad experience at this salon. Firstly they washed my hair straight off, no consultation or ask what I wanted or look at my current hair etc. Then during the haircut not a single word was spoken by the stylist, not even offering a drink or anything. I’m not saying this is what should happen but it is common curtesy within hairdressers. I asked for plenty of layers to give my hair volume but was given one layer round the front of my face and nothing at the back. I was really disappointed with this haircut and I won’t be returning. Not a great atmosphere and not a great hair cut
