Cleanliness was awful, the stylist didn’t even bother to put on my apron, only a towel so hair went all over me. He only wore a mask and didn’t even bother to clean his hands after his previous client. Needless to say I felt very uncomfortable in the current climate. Didn’t actively listen and discuss suggestions about what I wanted, just started chopping my hair and was so rough with my blow dry. The heat was so hot I was worried the hair dryer would burn my scalp! 😤
