Nadia was very friendly and seemed to know what she was doing. However, I waited quite a bit outside the hairdresser’s , as my appointment was at 9am and they only opened at 9 30. I was out if time so I had to limit to a quick trim rather than wash & cut, which is what I paid for and wanted.
The salon was really quiet on a Saturday afternoon but that also means that I had my hairdresser’s full attention. The lovely Brazilian lady who looked after me spoke little English but she was really nice and still tried to communicate with me. The Algerian lady (I think she is the owner) took over for the final part of my treatment ( I had a Brazilian blow dry) and really put an effort in creating some volume for my very fine, flat hair. I was overall satisfied of my treatment and I will go back again
The worst haircut I’ve ever had. Absolutely unprofessional and my hair looks uneven. I didn’t even bother to go back to fix this mess as it would have been pointless. Never again.
The owner was the nicest person that ever helped me. The treatment was good I did not get super straight hair but it is now more wavy which is exactly what I wanted.
