I had heard such good things about Olaplex, but found the experience underwhelming. (1) I essentially sat at a sink chair for an hour, which was not comfortable or correctly angled so had a sore neck afterwards; (2) I felt like staff did not have much experience with the product and it felt like they were reading instructions as they went along; (3) right after "nourishing" my hair, they proceeded to blow dry it with no heat protection and a blow dryer which definitely looked like it would cause damage; (4) maybe not their fault but I don't feel like my hair was restored to its former glory, but was maybe a tiny bit softer. Overall, would rate as "okay". I've had better treatments for a similar price point.
Not pleased with the hair cut, I've asked for a plunging bob, shown pictures and explained my hair type.
End up with a square bob, teacher style, front length have been cut too short and right side is 1cm longer than left.
Hair cut ask A LOT of blow dry work to look acceptable.But mostly end up with a cocker spaniel look..
Disapointed.
