Lovely staff, but my hairdresser didn’t really understand what I wanted. I wanted a long bob and speficifed I wanted it all the same length, but he shaped my hair around my face before I could stop him. All the staff were very nice, very welcoming, and it was good value for money, I just didn’t get what I wanted.
