A good experience. I really recommend Jan as a stylist, she made my hair look great and gave me a lot of useful advice about how to look after it better (as my hair is quite dry) and also adapted the treatment to better compliment my colour and hair type. You can tell she knows her thing as her own hair is immaculate!

Appointment didn’t take place as the artist booked was not even on site! So had to go somewhere else. I guess it’s the Treatwell app’s fault and not of the venue. The app should’ve informed if the artist was working today or not. Please call the venue be it this one or any other before you go!

I booked an appointment on my birthday for a haircut and blow dry. Only to find the hair saloon was closed and no one had notified me.Terrible service and very unprofessional.
