My hairdresser was very sweet and did a great job. However, I booked a half head with blow dry for £85 via Treatwell but in the end we agreed to do a full head with rough dry and I was told it would be the same price. Before leaving the stylist called his boss to check the price and I was handed the phone... he claimed it would be £145. I was then held in the salon on the phone to him and I said I would pay the amount on the website but no more. I left £15 cash in addition to the £85 already paid. I then received 4 phone calls from the manager and a message saying sorry he misunderstood and next time I could have a refund. I left the salon after 7pm on a Sunday and it was dark, to be honest I felt vulnerable and felt they took advantage.
